The Ellio Labs Promise

Sometimes, mistakes do happen. A product may be damaged during transit, or an error may occur in the scanning or manufacturing process leading your mask to fit incorrectly. Ellio Labs stands by the quality and value of our products, and we will work to ensure your mask works for you.

Within 30 days of receipt of your Compress3D Mask, if you believe you have a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at help@elliolabs.com and we will work to replace your defective product free-of-charge.

Your Compress3D Mask is custom-built for you based on your own unique facial contours and as such cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellation
Once we have started to manufacture your custom Compress3D Mask, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will advise whether your order may be cancelled. If your order may be cancelled, our customer service team will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
