Shipping & Processing
Ellio Labs proudly serves customers worldwide from our headquarters in Singapore with free global shipping. Once your mask has been manufactured you should expect to receive it within 7-10 business days. We seek to manufacture your mask as your order is received, however during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your processing time may be extended. It may take up to 4 weeks from order to delivery. Rest assured we are trying to get your mask to you as fast as possible!

Customs and Duties
Please be aware that while Ellio Labs does not charge for shipping, it does not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees in your product purchase. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier or relevant authority before goods can be released to you. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
